Design, engineering, and procurement of the pyrolysis system are the main project stages done in-house. Additionally, we use built infrastructure of key business alliances, including the preferred equipment vendors, to build and deliver the components parts of the pyrolysis plant.

Scope of supply and service

In accordance with the provisions of ICC Model Contract for Turnkey Supply of an Industrial Plant, i.e we design a WTE pyrolysis facility, supply the required equipment, supervise erection and commissioning, perform personnel training.

The turnkey pyrolysis project operating cycle

 The details of the delivery package are discussed with the customer to know exactly what the design specifications are and what the customer would like to achieve. Engineering staff evaluates design specifications to determine requirements for the pyrolysis plant and its feasibility.

 Depending on the nature of the pyrolysis project, its size and complexity the required subcontractors are determined and the detailed schedule of the pyrolysis turnkey project is created to monitor the design, engineering, procurement, logistics, construction, assembly, test and delivery processes.

 After the completion of the basic design and detailed engineering of the pyrolysis plant, the procurement place orders for the equipment with certified vendors.

 Our personnel supervise the equipment installation, commissioning, and start-up of the pyrolysis plant.

 We also train all operation and shift personnel to run, troubleshoot and maintain the pyrolysis plant.

 Detailed operations manual with the set of drawings, electrical schematics and logic diagrams for the control system, and guide for maintenance, troubleshooting and repair is delivered as part of the total package for the pyrolysis plant.
